Erin Johnston
My name is Erin Johnston, and I moved to Tennessee from Oklahoma in 2004. I am a wife and mom to two amazing boys. I am a singer/songwriter and have had a passion for music since the age of three. I love living here in Music City with my family!
My second passion is real estate. My husband and I have investment properties in Florida, Tennessee, and Oklahoma that I manage. We have bought, sold, and flipped many homes during our marriage. From managing a property to decorating/designing to helping someone find their dream home. I love it all! With everything I do in life, I operate with integrity and honesty, and I have always had a heart for serving/helping others. Amanda Uggla
Hey, I’m Amanda Uggla. I was born in the heartland of Topeka, Kansas, and learned the value of hard work early on as a collegiate athlete. After earning my Associate of Science degree in 2001, I moved to Tennessee—and I knew right away it was where I was meant to be. I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2006 and spent the next few years gaining experience in sales, management, and promotional advertising in the corporate world.
In 2014, I got my real estate license and haven’t looked back since. My first year blended resale and new construction, which gave me the knowledge and confidence to guide clients through every kind of transaction. In 2021, I ranked in the top 10 in my company with nearly $12 million in personal sales. I followed that with a top 20 finish in 2022 and a record-breaking $14 million year in 2024.
Earlier in my career, I also had the opportunity to be part of a powerhouse team that sold over $50 million in their first year together. These days, I live in Franklin, Tennessee with my husband Mike and our three kids—Keaton, Logan, and Kennedy.

Jesse Pyle
Hi, I’m Jesse Pyle, a REALTOR® with Realty One Group Music City. I’ve been proudly serving the Middle Tennessee area for the past seven years, and I truly love what I do. Before getting into real estate, I had a career in interior design—which still plays a huge role in how I help both buyers and sellers today.
When listing a home, I spend time in every space, using my design background to highlight its best features and create a look that connects with buyers. Hey, I’m Sonja Scales. I’ve spent the last 23+ years as a full-time real estate broker in Middle Tennessee, and throughout that time, I’ve had the honor of consistently being one of the top producers in the region. Real estate isn’t just my profession—it’s my passion. From the very first conversation to the closing table (and beyond), I’m committed to giving each of my clients a truly personalized experience rooted in excellence, clear communication, and care.
As a lifelong resident of Williamson County, I have a deep understanding of the local market and the incredible growth this area has experienced. I raised my family on a dairy farm in Nolensville, and that upbringing shaped who I am—grounded in faith, hard work, and a deep love for community.
Outside of real estate, I’m a proud mom and grandma, and I cherish time with my family—especially my four beautiful grandchildren. Whether we’re out boating, hiking, or just enjoying the outdoors, I’m happiest when I’m surrounded by nature and the people I love. I’m also deeply involved in mission work, taking part in three trips each year with Carpenters for Christ. We help rebuild churches that have been affected by natural disasters or are simply outgrowing their spaces, and it’s one of the most meaningful parts of my life.
